The coaching application form collects your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, goals, training experience, preferred training time, readiness to invest in coaching, how you found us, any optional notes, and your permission to contact you. We may also save campaign details from the page link.

Physique Pathway (Pty) Ltd uses these details only to contact you about your coaching application. Your details are kept private and are not sold.

After applying, booking a discovery call uses Calendly. Your name and email are prefilled on the booking page. Calendly processes your booking under its own privacy policy.

You can ask Physique Pathway to delete your application details by replying to any coaching communication you receive or contacting Teronne through the same channel used for your application.

For abuse prevention, we temporarily track submission attempts using hashed email and connection identifiers. These are not used for marketing.
